i had a wonderful stay at courtyards by marriott! the location was perfect, with malls and a jumbo supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. ordering food to the hotel was seamless, and the staff even called us when it arrived. front desk staff were super helpful, especially the one who checked us in!

Good outdoor pool area.
The elevator situation was frustrating throughout my stay. One of them was completely non-functional, which was maddening especially on the higher floors. I missed breakfast several times because of the delays waiting for the elevators, and reception staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when I raised my concerns.
